The National Museum hosts a workshop on museum display methods in cooperation with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism

The National Museum, represented by the Exhibitions Design and Management Unit, in cooperation with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, hosted a workshop titled "Museum Display Methods”, in the presence of a number of directors and owners of museums and private heritage houses who obtained initial approvals, and a number of employees of the National Museum and the Ministry of Heritage and tourism.

The workshop was presented by Noora al-Balushi, Head of Exhibition Design and Management Unit, Ibrahim al-Balushi and Said al-Kathiri, Exhibition Design and Management Specialists.

The workshop included a number of topics, such as introducing the study of exhibition and display design, informing visitors of basic concepts and terms in the world of museums and exhibitions, focusing on the experience of the Exhibition Design and Management at the National Museum, and reviewing the experience of the al-Hamra Museum of Money through a visual presentation.

At the end of the workshop, the participants toured the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said`s Corner (the dearest and purest of men) and "Syria: Cradle of Civilisations" exhibition to get acquainted with the contents of the exhibition, then certificates were handed over to the participants.
