The National Museum implements a training program for the "Wosool" system for managing documents for Museum staff

In line with Oman`s vision 2040 in implementing the digital transformation plan, the National Museum started today, Sunday, the training program for the "Wosool" system for managing documents for Museum staff, which lasts for four consecutive days and is provided by the "Wosool” Ambassadors" team at the Museum.

The program includes a number of topics, the most prominent of which are: introducing the system, how to access it, identifying the personal profile, “Wosool” electronic signature, how to prepare an internal memorandum and an external message, the method of delivery to an external party, and managing documents in the system.

This project is considered one of the most important central initiatives of the digital transformation plan for the government sector led by the National Records and Archives Authority, as the “Wosool” system will represent the central system for managing documents for government sectors.
