The National Museum Launches the “Wujhah” Program to Strengthen Partnership with the Tourism Sector and Cement Its Position as a Leading Cultural Destination
The National Museum, in coordination with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, held an introductory meeting on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, with its partners in the tourism sector to mark the launch of the "Wujhah" Programme. The initiative seeks to strengthen the Museum’s position as a leading cultural and tourism destination by enhancing collaboration with institutions in the sector and developing the skills of its workforce, thereby enriching the visitor experience at the Museum.
The Programme forms part of the Museum’s strategic vision, which centres on partnership with tourism institutions. It includes the organisation of annual introductory meetings with the Museum’s partners, including tour operators, hotels, and licensed guides, along with the provision of tailored promotional offers for tourism establishments. In addition, the Programme focuses on enhancing interpretive services and visitor facilities within the Museum, through the introduction of guided tours in multiple languages and the integration of ticketing with tourism booking systems.
