The National Records and Archives Authority and the National Museum signed an operating memorandum to implement the "Wosool" system for managing electronic documents and records
The National Museum and the National Records and Archives Authority signed today (January 28, 2024CE) an operating memorandum to implement the "Wosool" system for managing electronic documents and records at the Museum`s headquarters. This is part of the first phase of activities for 2024 of the "Wosool" project led by the National Records and Archives Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology as a strategic partner in the project.
H.E Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed al-Dhawyani signed an operating memorandum, the Chairman of the National Records and Archives Authority, and H.E Jamal bin Hassan al-Moosawi, the Secretary-General of the National Museum. This project is a central initiative in the digital transformation plan for the government sector, as the "Wosool" system will serve as the central system for managing electronic documents and records for government entities. The system aims to enable government entities to manage their documents and information efficiently, aligning with the relevant systems, standards, and best practices in this field.
It is worth mentioning that an operating memorandum for implementing the "Wosool" system was signed electronically using the "Wosool" system, utilising electronic authentication certificates issued by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology.
