The Secretary General of the National Museum meets with the Director General of the National Museum of China

During the visit of His Excellency Jamal bin Hassan al-Moosawi, Secretary General of the National Museum, to the People`s Republic of China upon an official invitation from the National Museum of China, an official meeting took place on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. The meeting brought together His Excellency the Secretary General and the Director General of the National Museum of China, in the presence of His Excellency Nasser bin Mohammed al-Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the People`s Republic of China, similar to the World Museum Forum in Beijing.

The two parties discussed aspects of cultural and museum cooperation between the two countries, focusing on the implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed in 2019 between the National Museum in the Sultanate of Oman and the National Museum of China.
